Shipping across India
We offer free standard shipping to serviceable addresses across India. Availability is confirmed when you enter your delivery address at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery
We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 24 hours on working days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day. Delivery time depends on your location and the courier. Any delivery date shown on the product page or at checkout is an estimate unless expressly stated as guaranteed.

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll share tracking details when available. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct so the courier can reach you.

Delays or missing parcels
Courier, weather, or other unforeseen delays can occasionally affect delivery. If your tracking has stopped updating or your parcel has not arrived, contact SOULSHORE support with your order number. If we cannot deliver your order, we’ll work with you on the appropriate resolution, including a refund where required.

Exchanges within 3 days
We do not accept returns for a change of mind. If you would prefer another piece, you may request an exchange within 3 calendar days of delivery.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with its tags and packaging. Exchanges depend on availability. We’ll explain any price difference or exchange shipping charge before you confirm.

Wrong or defective item
If you receive the wrong item or an item with a defect, contact SOULSHORE support as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the issue. Please include clear photos and a full, continuous unboxing video if you recorded one. If you do not have a video, contact us anyway so we can review other evidence.

We’ll investigate the claim and arrange collection at our expense if needed. Once the claim is approved, we’ll offer the appropriate replacement or refund.

Refunds and site credit
For an approved refund, you may choose a refund through the applicable payment channel or a SOULSHORE site-credit coupon.

• Site credit: Issued immediately once the full investigation is complete and the claim is approved. It can be used on any SOULSHORE product now or later and has no expiry date.
• Payment refund: Processed within 7–14 calendar days after the claim is approved.

Your rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
